I must again say publicly that this is the best mod contest I've seen yet. They are ALL very very good.

Should anyone notice the difference in total votes cast it is because of a server authentication issue. Had three votes counted when they shouild not have been. Only way to change the count number is via the database and that would require shutting the poll down. Vote totals are correct it's only the count number that is wrong. The votes cast were me testing to make sure that I had the authentication issue corrected. They were removed.

I think every entry showed skill, innovation and resulted in a great car. Any chance of a 11 way tie?

Great work, gentlemen!

Excellent and beautiful jobs by all of the contestants!! worthy.gif bouncesmile.gif worthy.gif

I know these models are "labors of love" and you will always have that special 1of1 for your shelf. You guys took what was already a good model, made it better and allowed the rest of us to enjoy watching your build progress. No matter where the votes end up, the larger win (for me) is letting all of us peer into your modding world and enjoy seeing what can be. wink.gif

Thank-you,

Rick

Congrats to all entrants. You should all be proud of the jobs you've done on these beauties. You're all winners in my book and hopefully you all had fun and still have all 10 digits in place and that no flesh sacrifices were made to the Dremel Gods. You all showed great skill and creativity in creating these very cool mods.

Thanks to Tim, Joe and GMP for sponsoring this contest.

The only skin I lost was to the Gods of super glue. Nothing like gluing a headlight bucket back on in the middle of painting and then picking up your airbrush getting your thumb stuck to the side on it. Try explaining that on to the wife and not sounding like an idiot! huh.gif

Hey Tim, Diecast Blues isn't selectable for the contest, did I miss something? Great job by all participants by the way! Makes me regret not having taken part in this one!!

**EDIT** Nevermind, saw that Diecast Blues wasn't finished and will not be counted in the votes. It looks great so far!

We have a 3 person jury who will decide. This would be after IP address checking to validate voting and to verify that new accounts were not created to vote more than one time. Voting will end at 9:00 PM EST this evening.
